 AD7.2 is a quantum-based guidance method designed to support holistic well-being. It explores and releases unconscious patterns that may be influencing various areas of life—such as personal, family, and romantic relationships, friendships, work, and finances—as well as emotional, mental, and physical states.

From this perspective, symptoms or conflicts are understood as signals inviting us to observe what is happening in our inner world. When what we think, feel, and do are coherent, patterns can emerge that shape how we live and relate to reality.

Bioneuroemoción®️ is a personal development and guidance method that seeks to understand the emotional origins of conflicts and the unconscious patterns that may influence how we perceive and experience a given situation.

The methodology begins with a specific issue raised by the client and employs a process of self-inquiry to explore the emotions, beliefs, behaviors, personal experiences, and family history aspects linked to the current conflict.

The process unfolds in four phases: analysis, understanding, learning, and application. First, we identify the stress-inducing situation; next, we investigate the emotional origin of the conflict and the associated unconscious patterns. Based on this newfound awareness, we aim to broaden our perception of events, reclaim a more active role regarding the situation, and acquire new resources to face it differently.

The goal of Bioneuroemoción®️ is to foster a shift in perception—helping you understand what a situation might reflect from your own history and which patterns may be repeating in your life—so that you can engage with them from a place of greater awareness, responsibility, and autonomy.

It is a humanistic, complementary methodology focused on personal growth and well-being; it does not provide diagnoses or medical treatments, nor does it replace necessary medical or psychological care.

Experience deep relaxation and healing with our Restorative Yoga class with Crystal Alchemy Bowls. This gentle practice combines sustained postures for 1-3 minutes with the soothing sound of Crystal Alchemy Bowls, creating a serene space to unwind and rejuvenate.
