I bring my knowledge, training, and more than twenty years of personal and professional experience into my classes, groups, and private sessions.<\/strong><\/p>\n Through mantra chanting, Reiki, and the vibrations of my Crystal Alchemy Bowls<\/strong>, I create spaces designed to promote relaxation, balance, inner connection, and overall well-being.<\/p>\n For seniors or individuals with limited mobility who wish to improve their strength, flexibility, and well-being, I also offer Restorative Yoga (Yin) and Chair Yoga<\/strong>, which can be combined with the sound and vibrations of the Crystal Alchemy Bowls.<\/p>\n Throughout my journey of personal growth and professional training, I felt the need to go beyond the physical body and energy work by incorporating tools that support emotional processes, beliefs, and unconscious patterns<\/strong>.<\/p>\n Today, I integrate AD7.2 and Bioneuroemoci\u00f3n\u00ae<\/strong> into my practice\u2014two holistic approaches that offer different perspectives on what we are experiencing, expand our awareness, and support a personal process of transformation.<\/p>\n With AD7.2<\/strong>, I offer a process focused on identifying and working with unconscious information related to different conflicts and areas of life. From this perspective, the therapist\u2019s role is not to \u201cheal\u201d another person, but rather to support and accompany them as they move through their own process of awareness and transformation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n Through Bioneuroemoci\u00f3n\u00ae<\/strong>, a methodology in which I am trained and certified as a Bioneuroemoci\u00f3n\u00ae Practitioner<\/strong>\u00a0and have also completed the\u00a0Specialization in Bioneuroemoci\u00f3n\u00ae<\/strong>, I support individuals in developing self-awareness so they can<\/span>\u00a0observe their experiences, emotions, beliefs, and unconscious patterns from a new perspective.<\/p>\n All of these practices share the same intention: to offer you a space of respect, listening, and support where you can reconnect with yourself, expand your awareness, and discover new ways of relating to what you are experiencing.<\/p>\n Each person has their own path.
