Experience deep relaxation and healing with our Restorative Yoga class with Crystal Singing Bowls. This gentle practice combines sustained postures for 1-3 minutes with the soothing sound of Crystal Singing Bowls, creating a serene environment for unwinding and rejuvenating.
PLEASE NOTE: Registration for morning classes closes at 6:00 PM the evening before, and registration for afternoon classes closes at 1:00 PM the same day. A minimum of three participants is required for the class to take place. If the minimum is not met, the class will be rescheduled. Thank you for understanding as we plan to provide the best experience for all participants!
